At Total Care Home Health Agency, we provide a host of critical home health services.

 Skilled Nursing
 Registered Nurses, Licensed Vocational Nurses, provide services which include:
- Initial and ongoing health evaluations related to: acute and chronic illnesses, surgical procedures, body system dysfunctions, and pain;
- Medication management, including intravenous therapy (IV), oral medication supervision, monitoring;
- Wound care;
- Education on diet, short and long term care needs, control and preventive measures;
- Irrigation of urinary, gastrostomy, jejunostomy, and nasogastric tubes;
- Education on disease processes, diet, exercise, signs and symptoms, control and prevention; and
- Laboratory specimen collection, including blood tests
 Physical Therapy
 Registered Physical Therapist provides services which include:
- Initial and ongoing evaluations related to: Motor dysfunctions, muscle strength, endurance, mobility, walking ability, range of motion, and joint disorders;
- Build strength, improve mobility;
- Reduce muscle tremors, spasticity and joint stiffness;
- Use of medical equipment, such as walker, cane, lifts;
- Use of prosthetic devices, or wheelchairs
- Proper body mechanics to reduce risk of injury and pain;
 Occupational Therapy
 Registered Occupational Therapist provides services which include:
- Energy conservation exercises;
- Self-care ability improvement;
- Grooming and bathing skills improvement;
- Body mechanics improvement;
- Splinting and muscle re-education; and deformity correction and minimization.
 Speech Therapy
 Licensed Speech Therapist and Pathologists provide services which include;
- Initial and ongoing assessments, interventions hearing impairment, neurologic disorders, voice disorders, Ear-Nose-Throat disorders, laryngectomy, stuttering, speech disorders, swallowing difficulties and comprehension ability impairments.
- Communication techniques; and
- Swallowing techniques
 Certified Home Health Aid
 Services provided include:
- Personal care;
- Hygiene management
- Assistance with bathing and grooming; and
- Light housekeeping services
 Medical Social Workers and Licensed Certified Social Workers

Services provided include:
- Help in resolving social and emotional problems related to effective treatment of medical conditions and recovery process;
- Assessments and interventions related to financial resources;
- Linkage with and appropriate utilization of community resources;
- Use of short-and long-term counseling; and
- Short-and long-term health care planning
